Chef has created a delicious four course menu, featuring beef from the Western Australian family owned Kerrigan Valley Beef. The menu is paired with the wines from the Castelli Estate, with six wines on the list to enjoy plus a pallet cleanser. Of note we will be enjoying the Il Liris Chardonnay.
